The reason we ask this question
In general, income derived from 1099 advisors is not able to be monetized in a standard acquisition unless the 1099 advisors participate in the sale. Please note the valuation estimator does not account for this reality. Please speak to an Alaris representative for clarification.
Does any component of your revenue, come from 1099 Advisors?

The reason we ask this question
In order to have a more accurate view of your valuation we need a clear understanding of your operating expenses. For purposes of this data please remove any compensation (salaries, draws, retirement plan contributions, distributions etc) for owners. OPEX should only include things like staff, rent, vendor expenses, technology, marketing, travel etc.
What are your estimated operating expenses
Operating expenses are defined to be all costs associated with the business after removing owners compensation. Please remove owner base comp, bonuses, perks etc., from the operating expense figure.

The reason we ask this question
The amount of income you retain in your existing business is a negotiating point in a transaction. A general rule of thumb is buyers will seek client facing owners to retain ~20-25% of top line revenue as a baseline for owner replacement costs.
What is your Retained Owners Compensation?
Input the amount of your current cash flow that you need to retain to meet your current living needs. Keep in mind, Buyers will require you retain enough  cash flow to hire a replacement if something were to happen to you (i.e. a death, disability etc.,).
