Payments will be spread out over a 3-5 year period.
Partners will be asked to centralize all back-office functions. This includes compliance, HR, billing, technology, marketing, trading, and more.
As long as clients' needs are met, partners will have total autonomy over their calendars.
Profit and Loss (P&L) statements will be centralized, giving partner's more time for client-facing activities.
Centura requires partners to adopt its client experience in order to deliver a unified firm message.
