IMA employs a full-time CFP dedicated exclusively to financial planning, without managing a client book of his own. With extensive experience in MoneyGuidePro Elite, Wealth Studios, and Holistiplan, he provides comprehensive support to both advisors and clients. His role includes behind-the-scenes coaching and consultation for advisors, as well as leading fully interactive planning sessions with clients, offering tailored guidance and expertise as needed.
IMA significantly enhances a partner's operational capacity by providing robust support across compliance, operations, and technology. The firm has a full-time Chief Compliance Officer (CCO) with experience both within RIAs and at the SEC, ensuring all compliance responsibilities are met, with additional backing from third-party technology and resources. The Operations & Technology team includes a senior leader with 16 years of experience at a major wirehouse, supported by two full-time staff members, the entire IMA Financial Group corporate IT department, and a third-party systems integrator specializing in the Envestnet platform. This comprehensive support ensures that partners never have to struggle with technology issues. Additionally, IMA offers seamless access to a wide array of services, including investment management, lending, and trust services, all through the Envestnet platform.
