Biography

Alana Groulx serves as the Senior Buyer Relations Coordinator at Alaris Acquisitions. Her primary role is to have a deep understanding of all Alaris buyer models and the types of partners they are seeking, enabling her to guide potential sellers through the buyer discovery phase of the Alaris process. You can expect to work closely with Alana after the ideal outcome stage and before the LOI stage, where she will be your go-to person for any questions or concerns regarding buyers during this critical phase of the process.

Alana brings experience to this role, having successfully onboarded over 70 buyers—a process that entails getting to know each buyer's model, understanding what they are looking for in an ideal partner, and building relationships with their teams. She has also assisted on more than 50 deals that have come through the Alaris process, providing her with hands-on experience.
